Our products
Our covers are manufactured from 0.5mm UV stabilised PVC, as used in the harsh marine industry. All webbing and thread is strong polyproplyene. Velcro is extra wide 50mm specification.
It's all in the design
Innovation is key to our design. All the doors and front screen are attached by wide velcro and reattach in seconds. On hot days the driver simply removes as many panels as wanted and can quickly and simply replace if required. This is a massive advantage over one -piece PVC covers or glass cabs.

In these uncertain times, any product that puts a barrier between staff has extra value. By adding our PVC covers to your forktrucks helps minimise transmission between workers.
This looks expensive
It looks expensive, but it's not. Our covers are built up to a quality, not down to a price. Our aim is to be the best value for money cover, not the cheapest.

FAQs
Is it easy to fit?
Yes. Should take no longer than 10-15 minutes. Everything attaches with velcro straps; nothing to drill, no zips, no bungees, no poppers. Nothing to break.
How do the doors attach?
The four doors have velcro at the top which attaches to a matching strip of velcro that runs the length of the roof. The doors also have outside velcro so they can be attached over each other. Sounds complicated, it's not.
Is it hot?
On hot days, simply roll-up a door or remove the doors altogether. They refit in seconds. Not a problem.
Can I easily lift the front screen out of the way?
Yes. It simply attaches by velcro across the top of the screen. It can either be lifted up onto the roof or removed all together. It re-attaches in seconds.
How long will it last?
The cover is made from the best materials available. We aim for a top quality product and expect it to last for several years.
Could we have the cover with a company logo attached?
Yes. We offer this service mainly for hire companies. Across the rear screen below the top height of the seat is popular. Send us a file of the logo and we organise everything.
What if I am not happy with it?
You will be, but if not, please send it back within 30 days and we will give a full refund.

One long roof cover which covers from the rear of the cab and over the roof. This is attached to the cab by eight velcro straps. Four doors- two rear and two front. Each door fits separately and 1,2,3 or 4 doors can be fitted depending on the time of year. The front doors have roll-up straps to store them in an up position if preferred. The doors have velcro across the top and one strap each to fit to the cab. The front screen attaches by velcro to the roof section. There is also a set of fitting instructions included with photographs of the process.
Recycling:
: being a manufacturer in part of a PVC supply chain means that we take recycling seriously. Selling the product does not end our responsibility. We offer a RTM (return to manufacturer) solution. When you have finished using our product post it back to us (cost £16 in UK). Depending on condition, we will either try and manufacture a lower priced item with it (e.g. agricultural plant frost protection) or we disassemble and send to registered PVC recycling companies. We believe we are the only supplier of PVC forktruck covers offering this sustainable solution. Only by being a UK based manufacturer, not a re-seller, can we make this solution practical.

Simply remove the front screen as it is attached by velcro strapping across the top. Alternatively the screen can be laid on top of the roof and secured by velcro straps. Removal and refitting should take 2 minutes.

The PVC is classed as "Super Clear 0.50 mm" as used in the harsh marine industry. It is UV stabilised to prevent discolouration. All webbing and thread is also marine industry quality.

We offer 3 sizes to suit a range of forktrucks. We will contact you when you order to confirm size.
The standard cover is designed around a standard 2.0-4.0 tonne forklift. The size is not critical as the design allows flexibility in fitting. Of all dimensions the width is the most important, although the standard cover will fit up to 117 cm / 46" wide cabs. A significantly larger forklift would require a larger cover which is available. The doors are capable of over-lapping for smaller forklifts. Contact us for further details. If you buy the wrong size, simply return it and we will send correct size.
